Every significant decision calls for an approach suited to its challenges.

No sensitive decision is ever the same. Depending on the context, the issues at stake and the level of responsibility involved, I intervene in different ways. Each intervention serves the same purpose: bringing an independent perspective at the moment when it can make the greatest difference.

How I work

Confidential Institutional Advisory

Whether through a one-off consultation or an ongoing advisory relationship, this format provides a confidential space to test an orientation, examine different scenarios and clarify a decision before it is made.

Strategic Participation

I participate on a selective basis in strategic meetings, working sessions and decision-making discussions, providing an independent perspective that helps clarify exchanges, place different options into perspective and strengthen the quality of the decision, without ever replacing those responsible for making it.

Institutional Interventions-

Some sensitive situations require an external presence capable of preserving the quality of reflection despite the complexity of the issues involved.

My intervention provides a framework for discernment, stability and confidentiality when decisions become particularly sensitive.

Strategic Preparation

The most important decisions often begin to take shape long before the meeting itself.

This intervention includes the intellectual and strategic preparation of high-stakes meetings, negotiations and official engagements, including senior-level meetings where the French-speaking, diplomatic or intercultural context forms an essential part of the mission.

A decision often reveals what governance does not yet see.
