I participate on a selective basis in strategic meetings, working sessions and decision-making discussions, providing an independent perspective that helps clarify exchanges, place different options into perspective and strengthen the quality of the decision, without ever replacing those responsible for making it.

This intervention includes the intellectual and strategic preparation of high-stakes meetings, negotiations and official engagements, including senior-level meetings where the French-speaking, diplomatic or intercultural context forms an essential part of the mission.
